Night-time Contortion

Do you ever wake up with a stiff neck?

“You must have slept funny,” someone usually says.

They’re probably right.

The strange thing is, the last time I counted, we only had two cats.

(Told you I had big feet.)

I quite often do that - wake up with a stiff neck I mean! How big are your feet?!!

I have a pillow to which I'm very attached. Whenever I stay anywhere else I really struggle nowadays to get comfortable without my own pillow.

If I woke up and found a cat in my bed I think I would have kittens.

Funny that you talk about this today.

I woke up around 3 barely hanging on to the side of the bed. I look over and Baxter has completely taken over the entire bed.

Good thing he is cute.

Elaine, I'm sort of an expert around here on feet, perhaps you would post a few pics and let me be the judge of their size?

LOL!

Damn girl, you DO have some big feet!

Have a wonderful Monday!

G- Man - You do NOT want to see my feet. I've spent the past forty years hiding them!

FP - There's a fat 6. But so fat I usually wear a 7 just to get a bit of extra width :)

rosiero - Ummm...I think he's a feral cat, bless him. He came in through the cat flap.

KJ - I think I'd rather have a Baxter in my bed...as long as he didn't dribble!

Heather - they're huuuuuge. You have a good day too. x

It is funny how we will sleep totally uncomfortable just so we won't disturb them, isn't it?
Lovely picture of you :)

True. The you spend the day trying to bend into all sorts of ridiculous positions to UNDO whatever you did to your neck while sleeping. It never works, of course.

Wah! Waking up with a stiff neck stays with you all day! Relax tonight with a glass of wine.

Lol that looks like my two Holly as always laid as close as she can to me in bed to the degree that I can't usually move, now Belle has fixed herself at the other side so I feel like I am in a straight jacket....xx

I am quite familiar with the phenomenon and I am lucky that the dog is too big to sleep on the bed, because I would have to sleep on the floor.

I always seem to have a stiff neck, what does that tell you about the way I sleep? :(

I only share my bed with one animal - MWM. ((wink))

Cats never slept on the bed, I am allergic to them, but my aussie dog slept with us now and then back in Melbourne.

I'm sure they are very nice. Don't be so critical.

Oh yeah about the last year I've woke up with a sore, stiff neck once in every 5 or 6 weeks. It's really annoying as it lasts for a couple of days each time. Am I getting old? You could answer that Elaine. Hehehehehehehe I'm a dead man :-P
